The checkered pattern never gets old, there isn’t a year where it is not present in the stores. It’s such a timeless and basic pattern as the stripes but with the trend of British style and suits this autumn / winter 2015-2016 the number of jackets and coats has increased. To us we love structured blazer with something special, so the idea of a plaid jacket seems ideal to complement your wardrobe.

Today we give you some ideas on how to combine your checkered blazer and recommendations on where to buy one:

Plaid Jacket

From the British style with denim jeans and moccasins or oxfords with knotted blouse to the knit long dress with sneakers to a sporty-chic look, there are a lot of combination options with this type of jackets. Here it is our selection of looks to inspire you:

If the pattern is black and white, like houndstooth or Prince of Wales, you will never fail if you combine it with garments of the same colors. If the jacket is brown, like tweed, opt for shades of mustard, orange or yellow. And if you have a very bright color, such as tartan, avoid adding more patterns and combine it with plain garments and accessories.

We highlight the look of Man Repeller with striped t-shirt and high boots, the total white combine with tweed blazer and the extra femininitytouch  that gives Emmanuelle Alt with the knotted belt.

      Besitos!
